Common questions
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything you receive (code, tests, documentation, reports) is yours to use, change and sell. We do not reuse it.
What happens to my files?
They are used only to build your project. Do not upload personal data: use made-up samples. If your project needs real data, choose the Private plan.
What if it takes longer than estimated?
The team stops at the approved hours and asks you first. The step already in progress is finished and billed; nothing else is charged without your approval.
Do I get money back?
The unused part of the deposit comes back to your card at the end. If you cancel, you pay the hours used and keep the code built so far.
What do you not build well?
Mobile apps, graphic design and projects without a clear description. We are at our best with internal tools, automations, integrations, APIs and scripts.
Where does the work run?
Every plan builds on a server rented only for your project, in the EU, or in the US for clients in the US and Canada, and deleted when the project ends. On Standard that server has no GPU and the AI model is DeepSeek's API; on Dedicated and Private the AI model runs on the server's own GPU.
